The Alanya Ladies Only Turkish Bath experience begins with a dry heat sauna, where high temperatures and low humidity help relax muscles, improve circulation, eliminate toxins, and support overall emotional and mental well-being. Sitting in the sauna is known to enhance skin complexion and help relieve sinus congestion.
After the sauna session, you will receive a 20-minute body peeling (scrub) and a 20-minute foam massage. The peeling treatment opens the pores and removes dead skin cells, allowing your skin to breathe and leaving it soft and smooth. The traditional foam massage provides deep cleansing and relaxation.
